Organizational Structure

The Colorado River Commission of Nevada (CRCNV) consists of a body of seven Commissioners and its staff. The CRCNV is currently organized as follows:

At the top of the organization is the Executive Director, Eric P. Witkoski.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director are three positions on the left side of the diagram:

  • Senior Assistant Director: Sara A. Price

  • Executive Assistant Manager: Gina L. Goodman

  • Senior Deputy Attorney General: David W. Newton and Michelle D. Briggs

Also reporting directly to the Executive Director are several division leaders shown on the right side of the diagram:

  • Assistant Director, Engineering and Operations: Joseph R. Stubitz

  • Chief, Finance and Administration: Douglas N. Beatty

  • Assistant Director, Hydropower: Gail A. Bates, C.P.M.

  • Coordinator, Energy Operations: Ken E. Mayer

  • Assistant Director, Natural Resources: Warren Turkett

  • Assistant Director, Energy Information Systems: Kaleb M. Hall

The diagram uses connecting lines to indicate reporting relationships, with all listed positions reporting directly to the Executive Director.
