Statutory Authority

NRS 538.041 to 538.251, inclusive, provide the statutory basis for the Commission's administrative, water, and power functions.

Regulations

The Commission is regulated by NAC 538. Recent changes to the Commission's regulations are not incorporated into regulations at the Legislature yet. These changes were adopted in 2018, 2020, and 2022.
